  6. Prepare 3 tablespoons Roasted Sesame Seeds
  7. Make ready 1-2 cloves Garlic *grated
  8. Make ready 1 small piece Ginger *grated
  9. Get 1/2 Apple *grated
  10. Take 1/4 Onion * grated
  11. Take 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  12. Get 2 tablespoons Mirin
  13. Prepare 1-2 teaspoons Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce)
  14. Get *Note: Add 1-2 teaspoons Sugar if you like it sweeter
  15. Take *Note: Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil. Once it starts boiling, remove from the heat, then cool

Yakiniku originated in Korea and has become a primarily Japanese dish. Often referred to as Japanese barbecue outside of Japan, this style of cooking small pieces of meat and vegetables on a table grill is popular throughout Japan and in Japanese restaurants around the world. Slice all your yakiniku meat and vegetables into small, thin bitesize pieces before lighting up your barbecue or begin heating the grill plate on a portable stove placed on the table. Start adding the meat and vegetables to the grill and allow to cook for a few moments before turning over and finish cooking on the other side.

Instructions to make Yakiniku:
  1. Heat the grill or hotplate, and cook the ingredients. *Note: Use appropriate cooking tools or appliances that are suitable for the environment where you are cooking.
  2. When things are cooked, you take whatever you like, dip it in the sauce and enjoy it.
