  1. Prepare 500 gms Chicken boneless cubes
  2. Take 1/2 kg yoghurt

BBQ sticky rice is a fusion of flavors from Asian and the deep south.   3. Give coal smoke and keep aside
  4. Boil rice, fry 1 teaspoon garlic chopped and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes for a minute in a pan, add salt and 2 tablespoons soya sauce and put this mixture in boiled rice and Mix well.
  5. Assembling:- - Grease an oven proof dish with little oil, add rice in the bottom layer, then vegetables and then add chicken at the top layer.
  6. Take mayonese,add ketchup and make a sauce. Pour this sauce over chicken and bake it in a pre heated oven for 5 minutes and serve hot.
