- In a bowl mix in mayonnaise, garlic mayo, ketcup, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Keep aside

- In a pan add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, salt and pepper, red chilli flakes. Mix and fry for 2 minutes. Add spring onion cook for another 2 min and keep aside.
- In a pot boil water, salt and oil. Add rice and cook until fully done.
- For layering: layer rice, vegetables, chicken and sauce.
- Put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
