BBQ sticky rice is a fusion of flavors from Asian and the deep south.   1. First marinate chicken in yogurt,tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste.

  6. Make a sauce in mayonnaise add katchup,sugar, black pepper and mix well.
  7. Take oven proof dish and first layer is rice than veggie and than chicken and lastly mayo layer and if u like add potato fries on it and bake 5 min in oven your bbq rice is ready.
