BBQ sticky rice is a fusion of flavors from Asian and the deep south.   4. In a pot boil water, salt and oil. Add rice and cook until fully done.
  5. For layering: layer rice, vegetables, chicken and sauce.
  6. Put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
