- Place chicken in crock pot. Add BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, beer, Worcestershire Sauce, and shot of Jack Daniel's.
- The chicken will need to cook on low for 4-5 hours. I remove chicken after about 2 hours to pull it apart. You can also cut it into pieces prior to placing in crock pot.
- After "shredding", (pulling apart) chicken place back into crock pot, add brown sugar and corn starch to thicken texture. If to sweet, add in more worcestershire, salt, pepper. Also add mustard.
- Once thickened texture/desired texture is reached, serve on toasted buns and enjoy!
