- Get 350 grms All purpose flour +some more for dusting

- Take the flour,add milk powder,sugar & yeast
- Add the yogurt
- In warm water add the oil.Make a well in the flour
- Add the oil and warm water mixture.Mix everything with a spatula
- Now with the help of ur hands start kneading the dough.Knead for almost 12 to 15 mins
- Oil the dough,place it back in our bowl,cover with a samp cloth and let it rise for 1hrs and 30 mins
- Meanwhile let's prepare our filling-Marinate the chicken with some onions, ginger garlic paste,Worcestershire sauce
- Add the bbq sauce and marinate the chicken for 30mins
- Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken and add little water and cook till the chicken is done
- Our dough has rised well.Look at the texture of the dough
- Punch the dough to remove all the air bubbles and roll the dough till 1 inch thick disc.Pour some oil and spread it
- With the help of a small bowl 8 inches diameter preferred.Make roundels on the rolled dough.Cut them and then gently fold each rolled disc
- Place the folded bao on the steamer placed on the butter paper and let then rose for another 30 mins.After 30 mins the buns have rised well
- Boil water and place our steamer over it.Cover the baos with a lid covered in napkin so the water droplets frm the steam.do not fall on the baos.Steam for exact 12 mins and then close the stove and let the baos rest in the steamer for 5 mins.Repeat for test of the baos
- Our baos have steams well and have fluffed up too
- The steamed buns are very soft.When we open them, they easily open up.This is because we had applied oil before folding them.
- Now take our chicken filling and fill it in the Baos
- Fill the baos with our chicken filling,add some cucumber slices for crunch.You can use more bbq sauce if you like.Just spread over the baos
- Our Bbq Baos are ready to serve
