- Remove skewers from water.
- Now weave the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- On a hot nonstick tawa add 1/2 Tbsp butter and cook chicken skewers on medium high flame.
- Cook on both the sides until golden brown.
- Now roast chicken satay on direct gas flame with brushing applying little butter for 5 minutes.
- For Dipping sauce - Add 1 Tbsp Zaatar powder into tomato ketchup and mix it.
- Serve hot!!!
