- Ak bowl lein us me add karain mayonnaise phr us me add karain kalo mirch ka powder phr add karain gajar (carrot) or last me ass karain band gobi or axhy sy mix kar lein.
- Patties ko joint krny ke Lye ab ak paste banayein gy… 2 Tbs maida lein us me itna pani dalain ke paste tyar ho jaye.
- Ab patties/samosa sheets lein or ak sheet lambi me rakhain us ke centre me paste lgain or us ke uper dusri chorai me rakh dein or us me mayonnaise filling add karain phr us ke uper chicken wali topping karain or same procedure sy paste lagakar patties ko 4ro sides sy band kar lein..
