  20. Take 1/2 cup oil

  25. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  26. Prepare 1 cinnamon stick

  29. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric
  30. Make ready 1 tsp garam masala powder
  31. Make ready 1/2 cup podina leaves
  32. Get 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  33. Take 4-5 green chillies
  34. Get 1/2 cup fried onions
  35. Get 1/2 cup yogurt
  36. Make ready 1/4 tsp yellow food colour
  37. Get 2 cups boiled rice

This one is our teams favorite. For Biryani Spices: Heat oil add brown onion with ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato. Return half of the chicken to pan and add half of the rice. Sprinkle with one-third of the crisped onions, half of the saffron milk, the reserved sauce, and remaining chicken.

Instructions to make Chicken BBQ Biryani:
  1. Prepare BBQ masala by putting all the ingredients under the BBQ masala heading into a grinder and grind coarsely. Set aside
  2. Now marinate the chicken with all the ingredients listed under marination heading including 1 tbsp of the BBQ masala prepared earlier. Marinate this for 30 minutes.
  3. Drizzle some oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until tender. Give it coal smoke. Set aside
  4. Prepare masala by putting oil in a pot, then add onions. Fry until golden. Add cardamoms cinnamon, green chilli and bay leaves and cook a bit..add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add all the spices mentioned and the remaining BBQ masala as well that was grinded earlier. Add yogurt and cook until oil separates.
  5. Layer masala in the bottom..add mint and coriander then fried onions and then put boiled rice over it. Sprinkle some food colour and cover and simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
  6. Biryani is ready❤

Place doesn't do the American style BBQ. It's a Halal BBQ joint that does kababs and such. I can say that not being a big indo-pak diner type of guy I ordered a "zinger burger". The menu states it is "Most famous in town" I don't know what the locals think, but the burger was awesome. Then add fresh coriander, mint leaves, fried onion and the BBQ chicken.
