  7. Ik karahi me oil garam krly. Piyaz dal dy jab colour change hojaye to darchini, hari Elaichi, tez pat, hari mirchy aor tamatar, namak, haldi, 1tsp lal mirch powder, garam masala, grounded masale dal kar achi tarah mix krly aor 8 minutes ke liyea pakaye.
  8. Ab dahi add karly. Achi tarah mix karly aor tab take pakaye jab oil separate hojaye. Ab is me BBQ chicken dal kar mix krly aor 2 minutes ke liyea pakaye. Flame band kar ke side pe rakh dy.
  9. Ik patile me chawal pani obal ly. Jab obalne lage to chawal aor namak add krly aor achi tarah pakaye lkn Chawal sakht ya ziada naram na ho. Chawal pak jaye to pani strain kar ke ke rakh dy.
  10. Ab ik pateele me neche cooked oil se patila grease krly. Pehle chawsl ka layer bana ly phr chicken ka, phr chawsl aor phr chicken. Dhanp kar ke 10 minutes ke liyea dam par rakhyea.
