- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. You can also cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
- Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grill grate. Brush with barbecue sauce and grill over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
Close with most of the air pushed out, "massage" barbecue sauce around the tenders until all are well coated. Refrigerate for about an hour or until ready to bake. The chicken is so tender made this way, my family loves it. This recipe would be fine for a quick and easy slow cooker meal. Certainly a huge help for a busy day.
